Hello and thanks for viewing my work! This site encompasses mapping and geo-centric design projects both big and small, personal and professional. My cartographic interests include geologic and geomorphic processes, natural hazards, biogeography, and lidar-based landform visualization. Beyond maps, I am intrigued and inspired by all forms of visual communication.
I currently serve as the graphics editor for the Washington Geological Survey in Olympia, Washington. I am also an editor for the North American Cartographic Information Society's Atlas of Design Volume VII. Previously, I made maps and visualized data for the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries and as a member of the Cartesian Collective in Portland, Oregon.
