Hello and thanks for viewing my work! This site encompasses mapping and geo-centric design projects both big and small, personal and professional. My cartographic interests include geologic and geomorphic processes, natural hazards, biogeography, and lidar-based landform visualization. Beyond maps, I am intrigued and inspired by all forms of visual communication.
I currently serve as the graphics editor for the Washington Geological Survey in Olympia, Washington. Beyond Washington's border, I also create river maps for Meander & Flow Design.
Previously, I was an editor for the North American Cartographic Information Society's Atlas of Design Volume VII, and made maps for the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries and Cartesian Collective in Portland, Oregon.
